Marc Vale is a Licensed Architectural Designer who believes good architecture begins with listening. His approach is grounded in thoughtful design, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how people live, work and move through space.

Based on the rural outskirts of Tauranga, Marc brings a practical, site-responsive mindset to every project. With a background in coastal engineering and over a decade of architectural experience, he designs buildings that are robust, considered and carefully resolved — balancing form, function and buildability.

Marc has worked across a wide range of project types including new residential homes, multi-unit developments, healthcare, education, aged care, commercial projects, and renovations and additions. His experience spans multiple regions throughout New Zealand, working closely with clients, councils and consultants to deliver well-documented, build-ready designs.

With additional qualifications and experience in landscape architecture and engineering, Marc takes a holistic view of each site. He values collaboration and maintains strong relationships with builders and consultants, ensuring design intent is carried through from concept to construction.
